WORK EXPERIENCE:

1990 - Present : Environmental Engineer, Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Team, Princeton Site Office (PSO), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Princeton, NJ. Responsible for the oversight of Environmental Compliance, and until March 1994, also Environmental Restoration and Waste Management. In 1994, accepted additional oversight responsibility in Industrial Safety and Fire Protection.

1980 to 1990 : Environmental Manager, Formosa Plastics Co, PVC resin manufacturing plant, Delaware City, Delaware.
Staff Environmental Engineer, Coastal Eagle Point Oil Co. petroleum refinery, Westville, New Jersey.
Environmental Consulting Engineer with two major Delaware Valley engineering consulting firms, Roy F. Weston, and STV Sanders and Thomas.

1973 to 1980 : Environmental Engineer, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, engaged in surface water permit writing and enforcement with the Region III (five state area and D.C.) Enforcement Division in Philadelphia.

1970 to 1973 : Environmental Engineer, engaged in waste characterization, pilot plant study, and process design of new waste water treatment plant with ARCO, at the Point Breeze petroleum refinery in Philadelphia; later assigned to the Hydrocracker Unit as Process Engineer.

1968 to 1970 : Process and Product Development Engineer, American Viscose Division, FMC Corp., Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania; assignments principally at four Virginia, West Virginia, and Central Pennsylvania plants.

1964 to 1968 : Reserve USAF Bioenvironmental Engineer, (rank of Captain) at Chanute AFB, Illinois; retired from USAF Reserves with rank of Major in 1988, as Bioenvironmental Engineer Individual Mobilization Augmentee, and USAF Admissions Liaison Officer.

1962 to 1964 : Sales Engineer, Moore Products Co., Spring House, Pennsylvania, manufacturer of industrial instrumentation and controls.
